- Management and Governance - helping executives navigate management challenges related to their boards of directors, human resources, financial strength, and other aspects of running a non-profit organization.
- Strategic Planning - meet with member boards of directors, senior staff and/or consultants to help them with strategic planning.

- Crisis Management & Organizational Challenges - Our members sometimes face a challenge or crisis that can threaten the organization’s reputation or even its ability to operate. The Alliance can be a helpful and confidential thought partner in this process.
- Public Policy Impact – Community development inevitably interacts with the political world. We advocate on behalf of our members and their communities. The Alliance offers opportunities for members to learn about, influence and engage in this process.
Shaping Solutions
- Professional training – The Alliance provides numerous training opportunities through webinar/workshops and the annual Community Solutions Summit. We also provide information and access to training sponsored by some of our many partners across Florida and nationally.
- Peer networks – Grow members’ skills in areas they prioritize, such as business planning, revenue development, and communications, among others.
- Membership in the Community Opportunity Alliance - This additional membership gives you access to a national peer network of professionals in all areas of community revitalization.
