Board and Staff

The Florida Alliance for Community Solutions is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who represent CDCs from across the state. Board Members are elected by the Voting Members of the corporation at the Annual Membership Meeting and serve terms of at least three years. The Board of Directors is legally, financially and morally responsible for the operation and conduct of the organization.

The day-to-day operations of the Alliance are managed by the Executive Director with the assistance of other staff and volunteers who work to implement the programs and services offered by the organization.
